How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are generally processed within two business days. You will be notified as soon as the item is ready to be shipped. Orders that are purchased through the mail will be completed and shipped as soon as the transaction is complete.
Do you accept returns?
We will accept returns IF the item you purchased is significantly different than described. To affect a return we MUST be notified by email within 2 days of your receipt of the item of a problem. Returns must be shipped back to us no later than 7 days after receipt. Postal charges are no refundable.
